Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Key Of Trust services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Key Of Trust provides luxury concierge services including accommodation booking, restaurant reservations, transportation, tours, and property management services in Istanbul, Turkey. We act as an intermediary between you and service providers.

Booking and Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment terms vary by service type. Generally, we require full payment at the time of booking for accommodation and tours. Restaurant reservations may require a deposit. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service provider and booking type. Generally, cancellations made more than 48 hours before the service date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to fees. Some services have non-refundable policies which will be clearly stated at booking.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate information, complying with local laws and regulations, and respecting the property and rights of service providers. Any damages or violations may result in additional charges or termination of services.

Limitation of Liability

Key Of Trust acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all guests.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

Privacy and Data Protection
